We supply fluorinated refrigerant gases in cylinders to the refrigeration and air conditioning trade across mainland Great Britain.
Refrigerant Solutions Limited has been trading since 2004. We are registered in England & Wales under company number 05271775, and our registered office is at 8 Murieston Road, Hale, Altrincham, WA15 9ST. Our business sits in the industrial gases sector, and refrigerants are what we know.
Trade supply, properly handled
We sell to certified businesses. Not as a preference — as a legal requirement, and one we take seriously.
Fluorinated greenhouse gases may only be sold to undertakings holding the relevant F-Gas certification. That rule exists for good reason: these gases have global warming potentials thousands of times that of carbon dioxide, and releasing them during an incompetent charge or repair does real and lasting damage. Every order we take is verified against current certification before we accept it, before we take payment, and before anything is dispatched. If we cannot verify a buyer, we do not sell to them.
It would be easier to skip that step. Plenty of online sellers do. We would rather be the supplier that engineers can point to when they are asked where their gas came from.
What working with us looks like
Verification once, not every time. Send us your certification when you first order. Once your undertaking is on file, subsequent orders go straight through until your certificate approaches expiry, and we will flag that before it becomes a problem.
No payment until we have accepted your order. Your card is authorised when you order and charged only when we confirm dispatch. If verification does not complete, the authorisation is released and nothing is taken.
Dangerous goods carriage as standard. Cylinders are consigned with the documentation, labelling and carrier arrangements the regulations require. Delivery is to business addresses, to someone competent to receive it.
Straight answers. If you want to know where a consignment is, what is in a cylinder, or whether a product suits your application, email or call us and a person will tell you.
Where we deliver
Mainland Great Britain — England, Scotland and Wales. Handling takes 1–2 working days from order acceptance, with transit typically a further 2–4 working days.
