Who we sell to

We supply fluorinated refrigerant gases in cylinders. Under the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015 and retained Regulation (EU) 517/2014, these products may only be sold to undertakings holding the relevant F-Gas certification.

We therefore sell to certified businesses only. We do not sell refrigerant gases to consumers or to any buyer who cannot evidence current certification. Every order is subject to the verification process set out in our F-Gas Certification & Eligibility Policy, and no order is dispatched and no payment is taken until that verification is complete.

Regulatory information

Our supply of fluorinated greenhouse gases is subject to the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/310) and retained Regulation (EU) No 517/2014, enforced in England by the Environment Agency. We maintain records of all sales of fluorinated greenhouse gases, including purchaser certification details, as required by those regulations.

Refrigerant cylinders are classified as dangerous goods for transport purposes and are carried in accordance with the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2009.
